A very dear friend of mine died yesterday. Barbara went to dialysis with my husband (they shared a van to get to dialysis) for over 5 years. She and my husband were good friends. She was a wonderful, gentle, caring person. I will miss her greatly.

Today’s weigh-in: 258.6 (Total Loss = 20.2 pounds so far) After a HORRID week last week (I gained 2.2 pounds), from last Wed to today, I lost 5.2 pounds. Guess starting the bicycling has paid off!
