A good friend of mine, Craig Froehle (ala Memoware) and his wife Lori just added to their family. Samantha Elle Froehle came to this world today, healthy. Congrats to both of you!

Went to the Move-In inspection of my new rental home… there are some problems, but I pick up the keys tomorrow, and get hardfast dates of replacements from them (Microwave was literally MELTED by the previous tenants, and the Spa needs major work). Moving of stuff starts tomorrow!
